Last week, HELLO!'s Leanne Bayley ventured to the Victoria’s Secret flagship store to interview VS model Romee Strijd. The 23-year-old was in the UK to celebrate Victoria's Secret's impressive bra fitting service. Taking a seat with the blonde beauty, it's hard to imagine she'd want to swap lives with anyone, but when we asked her if she'd like to switch wardrobes with the Duchess of Sussex or the Duchess of Cambridge, she was quick to reveal that it's Meghan's impeccable wardrobe she'd like a quick rummage in. "I really love her style and the way she dresses," Romee said. "I loved her wedding dress - it was beautiful."

As the next Victoria's Secret Fashion Show approaches (it usually takes place in November), we couldn't resist asking Romee for her pre-show prep. Annoyingly, she's not like the rest of us and doesn't start a fad diet or fitness regime in a state of panic before a big event. When asked if she was hitting the treadmill like a crazy woman, she said: "Working out is a thing we do all year long, so maybe we amp it up closer to the show, but I'm all about living a healthy lifestyle all year long so we don't have to go crazy."

What's more, she lives a pretty perfect lifestyle and credits her gorgeous hair and skin to eating clean, and yes, she aims for eight hours sleep a night, she drinks nearly two litres of water a day, AND she eats "healthy foods and healthy fats". She obviously loves doing exercise, and enjoys doing Barry's Bootcamp - a high intensity class loved by the likes of David and Victoria Beckham.
There is one beauty issue she has to deal with though - puffiness! Especially in the morning, but luckily, Romee has found the ultimate beauty tool to combat any under-eye swelling - the Jade Roller. "It just really wakes me up in the morning and takes the puffiness away," she said. "It's perfect for the days with an early call-time."

If we had to strut our stuff wearing underwear in front of millions, we'd be a bag of nerves, but not Romee! "I get excited, " she said. "I get nervous too, but mostly I get excited. It's so much fun being with all the girls."

And if you think it's all side-eye looks and girl fights, you'd be wrong. Romee is adamant the girls are all friends, but there's one girl in particular who she has formed a close bond with. "Everybody is so sweet but I'm really good friends with Taylor [Hill] so I would call on her if I needed a shoulder to cry on."

As a Victoria's Secret model, you can imagine she might own thousands of gorgeous bras - but in fact she estimates that it's around 50. "I have SO many bras - I have, say, around 50 bras in my underwear drawer - what can you say, you need multiple options! At home I like to wear a super comfortable t-shirt bra and then when I go out, I might like a push up, or it really depends on my outfit."

The lingerie model continued: "Everybody should have a t-shirt bra because it's so comfortable, it feels like you're wearing nothing. And then you should own the Sexy Illusion bra because it feels like a second skin - it fits so well and it's super sexy."
