Throughout London Fashion Week, Victoria Beckham was decked out in Tiffany & Co. jewels; from 18k gold ID personalised bracelets to diamond studs, and even the new bracelet from the T True Collection (swoon!), but there's another accessory we spotted on her hand, and we wonder if she got the idea from a certain Duchess of Sussex. Yes, we're talking the dainty thumb ring.

Yes, consider the thumb ring well and truly back in style. Loved by Meghan AND Victoria, if this isn't an accessory you're reaching for from now on, you're doing it all wrong.
Look away from VB's engagement ring and you'll see her Tiffany & Co. ring on her index finger and a danty gold band on her thumb
It's obvious Meghan loves her jewellery, and often brings unknown brands into the limelight. From Catbird NYC (which is pretty big in America) to Missoma, a brand loved by style mavens the world-over, Meghan proved you didn't have to spend lots of cash on stylish jewellery.
Some believe that a thumb ring signifies power and drive (they don't call it 'being under the thumb' for nothing) so if you want to channel your inner girl boss like VB, a thumb ring is your best bet. Plus, on Instagram there are over 25,000 tags for #thumbring so it's definitely a trend on the rise.
Meghan is the Queen of dainty jewellery
Well, daft theories aside, they're still super chic. Any ring can be worn on the thumb, but the daintier the better.
We'll be purchasing the Missoma Pyramid ring, £49
Or a set of simple gold stacking rings from Accessorize, £17.
Or maybe a rose gold Siren Hammered ring from Monica Vinader, £55
Kate's go-to metal is yellow gold whereas Victoria is known for mixing it up between white gold and yellow gold. It's not the first time VB has worn a thumb ring but we're pretty sure it won't be the last.
