Stormzy was all of us at the MTV Europe Music Awards when we went in search of Taylor Swift, to hunt down a selfie with the star.
We are not surprised that Taylor is having something of a fashion renaissance, she has not only dropped one of the standout albums of 2022 – namely Midnights, which has topped the charts across the world – she has also been serving some killer looks recently.

Taylor wore an archive David Koma look
At this year's MTV EMAs at the PSD Bank Dome in Duesseldorf, Germany, Taylor channelled the music video for her new single Bejeweled, which is dripping in disco-worthy looks. For her first look to walk the red carpet, Taylor relied on London-based designer David Koma to serve the ultimate crystal party season fantasy. She wore the designer's black body suit hailing from his spring/summer 2019 collection, which she paired with a dazzling emerald studded caged skirt, in the ultimate 'visible lingerie' look.
To finish off the ensemble, 32-year-old hitmaker wore her hair up showing off her signature fringe and trademark feline-flicked eyeliner, accessorising with dazzling jewellery by Delfina Delettrez.

Taylor took home four awards
Her second look was no less sparkly, consisting of a polo-collared black minidress teaming in megawatt crystals, which she matched to her glittery winged eyeliner. It's no surprise then that she caught the attention of industry icon Stormzy, who took to his stories to capture the moment he decided to go in search of Taylor for a backstage selfie. He kept his 3 million Instagram followers enthralled as he set out on the mission of finding Tay Tay, eventually posting their joint photo.
Stormzy is a bonafide Swiftie
Taylor was nominated for a total of six awards on the evening, including best artist, and had a triumphant evening as she took home four gongs. She was named best artist, best pop act, and also won best video and best longform video, for her song All Too Well (10 Minute Version) which stars Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink. Swifty is now tied with Lady Gaga for singers with the most MTV Europe awards. Both musicians have won 12 each (so far.)
