Over the last few years, the world has become more conscious when purchasing new items for the wardrobe. Whether that’s for environmental, personal or financial reasons, the way we shop is becoming more thoughtful and less sporadic.
If wasting money is something at the forefront of your mind when shopping, purchasing a luxury accessory (or plural, depending on your payday date) might just be the most intellectual investment you make.
Not only are bags more desirable as they become vintage, the luxury retail market is projected to be worth $68.53 billion (£57.45 billion) by 2028. This means if you did somehow get sick of using your Bottega Venetta mini Jodie, reselling means you’ll probably get more than you paid for.
The same goes for shoes. According to a recent report from consulting group BCG, the apparel, footwear and accessories retail market has almost tripled since 2020.

It just makes sense. So we’ve grouped the most coveted items of 2022 to look out for when shopping on Black Friday. What could be better than bagging yourself a bargain on a luxury accessory?
