Julia Fox is the fashion icon we never knew we needed until now.
Obviously our eyes were always starving for the aesthetic genius of Julia Fox. Ever since she burst onto our screens and into the public consciousness (thank you Uncut JAAHMS) the fashion maverick has delighted us with all manner of DIY outfits. From her double denim waistband top and purse, to her turning a simple white ribbed tank top into a high fashion co-ord, we have become obsessed.

The delightfully kooky star, has done it yet again in a dress she made herself (of course) from leaves. Yes, leaves. Dubbing her creation "THE FALL 2022 DRESS." She explained to her 1.4 million followers that the ensemble is "Made from leaves and resin." She also thanks her pal, sculpturist and artist Emma Fujiko for "helping me bring my vision to life."
Emma explained on her TikTok and Instagram that the piece is made from leaves, resin and steel chain, and also showed the process of painting the leaves in their resin coating before hanging them to dry. "Loved working on this piece for end of the world fashion @juliafox," she told her followers.

Julia worked with artist Emma Fujiko to bring the outfit to life
The bralet was crafted using a hot glue gun to hold the leaves in place, and then tied together using a metal chain. Julia also explained how she used clips and metal hoops to fashion some of the leaves into earrings. The video is wild (above), so we encourage you to watch for yourself.
Having contributed many daring looks to New York's fashion scene over the past 10 years, the 32-year-old is showing absolutely zero signs of stopping – even during unforgiving autumnal climes. She redefined our entire attitude towards denim back in October when she stepped out in her distressed brown denim outfit. She rocked a long-sleeved micro wrap top featuring cross-over tie detailing over her midriff, which appeared to extend into, essentially, bikini bottoms constructed from reworked jeans.

We stan this Autumnal fashion hero.
