Celebrities' social media pages were flooded with tributes to the late Virgil Abloh on the one year anniversary of his death on November 28. And Hailey Bieber led the occasion by resharing a moving photo of the pair together, arms linked, wearing the wedding dress that Abloh designed for her for her nuptials to Justin Bieber in 2019.
Abloh died on last year after secretly battling with cardiac angiosarcoma, a type of cancer. Hailey first shared the photograph on the day of Abloh’s passing, explaining that “Virgil completely changed the way I [she] looked at street style and fashion.” She then reposted the photograph to her Instagram story last night with the caption “4ever and always. We all miss you everyday Virg. LLV” and a dove emoji.

The ethereal, long-sleeved, lace ensemble was delicate and highlighted Bieber’s femininity, but encompassed signature Off-White detailing, including the ‘Till death do us part’ embroidered in block capitals on the end of her veil, and 'wedding dress’ written in embellished pearls at the back of the dress.
