A princess, an international model and former Hello! Fashion cover girl, Princess Olympia of Greece and Denmark is certainly high on the socialite and sartorial roster.

The daughter of Crown Prince Pavlos and Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece showed that she is well versed with a smart-casual department as she nailed elevating and layering capsule pieces at the Ralph Lauren and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity Holiday event last night in London.

This party season, we’ve witnessed her royal highness wearing slinky Reformation maxi’s, plenty of Miu Miu numbers and that exquisite strapless Richard Quinn mini she sported to Diet Coke’s 40th birthday bash. This time the fashion darling toned down the glam yet still exuded elegance wearing a staple cream roll neck jumper to the Ralph Lauren event. That’s not to say the socialite was dressed casually. She amplified her knit by using a champagne coloured satin midi dress as her base layer and tucked the jumper up slightly to give the silhouette some definition.

Adding to the holiday season ensemble, her choice of footwear was a pair of Loulou 95 velvet ankle boots from Saint Laurent. Clearly a favourite of Olympia’s, she’s worn these voguish velvets on numerous occasions. The look was rounded off with a Ralph Lauren tartan shoulder bag complete with the matching teddy bear keychain.

Luxury homeware designer Alice Palmer was also in attendance

Olympia’s longtime friend and model Ella Richards also got the light satin memo, as she matched the princess in the ultimate chic satin suit that oozed sophistication.

In July of this year, the Princess was named a brand ambassador of Aquazzura, cementing her place as fashion royalty alongside literal royalty. Creative director Edgardo Osorio explained: “She has an effortless elegance; she is fun and has a strong personality. For the Fall we are working together to create the perfect party shoes to dance the night away.”

A simple, super chic look to recreate for any festive soiree with a smart casual dress code.
