VB stepped out in Paris looking effortlessly elegant in an all-black ensemble that encapsulated her signature sartorial composition down to a T:
A pair of slinky Pantaboots that accentuate the length of the leg
A pair of oversized black sunglasses
A chain pouch from her eponymous label that always looks chic, whichever colourway she decides to sport.

The outerwear Victoria dons to go with her aforementioned signature look is usually dependent on the weather and the occasion. This time she sported a black chunky jacket that fell mid-way down the thigh — chic and very weather appropriate.
This year she’s donned the pantaboot – made popular by Balenciaga around 2017 – on numerous occasions. Including but not limited to: Jacquemus’ AW22 show; Her husband David Beckham’s Save Our Squad show premiere and stepping out in Paris after her own Paris Fashion Week debut show in August. She’s even taken inspiration from the style for her own brand, designing incredible jumpsuits with the foot material still intact (minus the shoe).

But that’s not the only look she rocked, her whole Paris wardrobe was on point (as always) this week.
Eschewing her typical all black ensemble, she brought dopamine dressing to the cold season wearing pieces from her Autumn/Winter 23 collection. She sported a radiant purple turtleneck, with the ultimate olive green double split midi skirt that boasts her VB signature gold chain across the waist. A colour combo we can’t wait to try ourselves this season.
She also wore an ultra elegant green ruched maxi dress for a dinner with Rick Owens, Michele Lamy and Anders Madsen. It appears she paired the dress with her favourite Pantaboots yet again, showing how functional the trend actually is.
Is there anything she can’t do?
What are pantaboots?
Pantaboots (or pantaleggings) quite literally do what they say on the tin. It’s a pair of slinky pants (often nylon or spandex) that go all the way down to the foot, with a heeled boot at the end. The garment was brought back to life by Balenciaga around 2017, but this style has actually been around since the 1960s.
