Now this is a friendship we’re desperate to be a part of. British fashion and beauty moguls Victoria Beckham and Charlotte Tilbury have known each other longer than Victoria has known David (over 25 years). As a christmas gift for fashion, makeup and Spice Girls lovers, the iconic duo have blessed us with a whole 11 minute video of themselves, sat on a sofa gifting each other gifts from their respective brands, and some other cheeky gifts that tell us a lot about their friendship.
We learn: Charlotte once smothered David Beckham’s body in her iconic Magic Cream (and thoroughly enjoyed it); David is also a passionate Beekeeper; and one thing was made very clear… Neither of them have had nose jobs.

In iconic Charlotte Tilbury style, she opens the conversation about their products with: “Have I had a nose job? Darling! A nose job? You just need to know my nose contouring trick”
For bronzing and contouring
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow - Charlotte explains “Take my blender brush and put that down the side of the nose, then just go under like a little u-turn and then down the other side of the nose. And then, this is my little exclamation trick. You take the smudger brush, dipping it into the highlighter and you do a line down the centre. The break, and do a little dot. It just gives you a button nose”.
Victoria likes to use Charlotte’s contour with a bigger brush and sweep it under her chin.
For highlighting
VB gifts Charlotte a Victoria Beckham Beauty Reflect Highlighter. She demonstrates the best way to use it by putting it on her finger and pressing into the high points on Charlotte’s cheek bones and her nose. She explains this is her tool for when she’s on the school run going for a no makeup-makeup look. She puts it on her eyes to make them look nice and dewy.
For the lips
For the 90s/Y2K fans, this ones for you. Charlotte shows her ‘Hot lips’ collection, explaining she took a bit of “all her friend’s DNA” to create the stunning lip shades. And the silky 90s taupe shade is inspired by Victoria’s Spice Girls reign, called Very Victoria.

For the eyes
Our new favourite quote thanks to CT is “smokey eye till I die is what I always say”. She talks about her glitzy smokey quartz Pop Shots being “wing mirror makeup” aka something easy to use whilst on the go. Charlotte explains that the emerald green shade is the one she used on Kate Moss in their TV commercial *purchases and channels inner supermodel*.
Victoria has our party season eye look covered. She suggests using the eyeshadow with VBB’s new Kajal eyeliners. She says “The Kajal eyeliners that I’ve just launched have a bit of sparkle in them. The wear is phenomenal, the colours are great and I love how I can wear both of these together”.
Victoria says the sequin green shade “[...] elevated and modernised what would be my typical go-to smokey brown eye ”
According to Charlotte, the fig shade is the best, because it goes great on her green eyes.
The ultimate skincare
Victoria expresses: “I don’t think skincare is about trying to look younger, it’s about trying to look the best version of yourself, embracing who you are and looking polished and gorgeous”. She explains that Charlotte inspired her when she created her own skincare line. Friendship goals.
Giving the secret to her formula’s she says: “I collaborated with Augustinus Bader, so I have his secret TFC8 in both: my serum which is amazing and like a drink that your skin needs. It lifts, it tightens and you notice the difference immediately. Followed by my cell rejuvenating priming moisturiser.”
VB puts this at the top of her cheeks, down the centre of her nose and then all over her face throughout the day “just to refresh”.
For the body
We’d be just as excited as Charlotte was when Victoria gifted her ‘the green dress’ – an elegant, slinky green cami. Is there definitely no room for one more in this friendship?
For the woman who has everything
Finally, we round off with Victoria’s personal gift for “the woman who has everything”. She says “I know how much you loved lathering up David in your Magic Cream, so there's only one thing to give to you… you are getting a sample of David Beckham’s sticky stuff”
Charlotte exclaims “finally!”
Fear not, it turns out to be a jar of honey, as David is apparently a passionate beekeeper. Victoria says they’ve produced 200 of those… jars.
