The trusty LBD has fulfilled the sultry-chic agenda for Dua Lipa this week, as she looked ultra elegant wearing a vintage Bob Mackie off the shoulder dress at the Capital Jingle Bell Ball in London.
Though recognised for her Y2K, brightly coloured, often glittery agenda, it must be acknowledged that Lipa could also be a contender for 2022’s ultimate little black dress muse. She opted for not one, but two black dresses at festive music festivals this weekend, adding two more timeless looks to her sartorial accolades.

The vintage Bob Mackie dress gave the ultimate elegant vibes
We’ve already talked about the little black dress being worth its weight in style gold, as Hello! Fashion’s Orin Carlin says: ”The classic style staple adorns the wardrobes of so many, unsurprising, given its universal ability to flatter”, and the One Kiss singer’s ensemble was no different, proving that less is sometimes more with this minimalistic chic look. The voguish vintage number was strapless with a low cut neckline, giving a daring silhouette. Layered over black translucent tights, the hosiery paired with black suede stilettos gave the look the utmost sophistication.
Dua levitated (pun intended) her look by ensuring accessories were out in full force, with Bulgari as the bijouterie of choice.

In this case, blue and green should always be seen, with glitzy diamonds, emeralds and sapphires making up her 18 carat white-gold accessories from its Serpenti collection. Dua wore the Serpenti earrings, Serpenti Seduttori double head ring, Serpenti necklace and the Serpenti bracelet.
Prior to last night’s Capital Jingle Bell Ball at The o2, Dua appeared at Z100's iHeartRadio Jingle Ball on Friday (December 9) at Madison Square Garden. Here she started off her sultry glam weekend agenda wearing a stunning tiered cut out gown with a train, making the look ultra elegant.

Lipa has sported black dresses in a plethora of silhouettes this year and looked killer whilst doing so.
