After opening presents, pulling crackers and eating our bodyweight in pigs in blankets, our favourite pastime for the post-Christmas day period where all concept of time is forgotten, is scrolling through social media to see whether the A-listers of the world went for OTT glam or comfort-chic during the holiday festivities.
Nicola Peltz Beckham opted for the latter this Christmas day, as she shared sweet snaps of her 25th December celebrations sporting opulent comfort with her beloved naunni (grandmother) on Instagram with the caption ‘Christmas morning ???????’.

Nicola eschewed the elegant dressed-up agenda we saw on Christmas eve, where she and husband Brooklyn spent their first year as a married couple over in the states at her father Nelson Peltz’ family home in Miami, Florida. Victoria Beckham professed how much she missed Brooklyn as the rest of the Beckham clan celebrated in the Cotswolds.
She opted for winter tonal vibes in a cream knitted jumper and white linen trousers. In the first snap cradling her glamorous grandmother, her naunni Bunny is wearing a dreamy bubblegum pink fleece jacket. We get a close up of the Welcome to Chippendale’s star’s insane engagement ring which brought enough glam for her whole ensemble.

In the following photos, Peltz Beckham shared a close up wearing the ultimate pair of 2000s wrap around sunglasses, paired with a collection of dangling diamante earrings (a bijouterie style that has made a comeback in 2022). We then see her adorable naunni laughing whilst trying on the shades and absolutely rocking them, and we can’t decide who wore them better.
Nicola could be a contender for our sunnies hero of 2022, sporting a plethora of shapes and styles that we’ve been dying to recreate, like these Balenciaga wraparound shades.
The importance of the actress’ naunni in her life is unmatched, the 94-year-old was Nicola’s maid of honour at her star studded wedding to Brooklyn Peltz Beckham earlier this year. Brooklyn also got a tattoo dedicated to the matriarch in May.
