Mia Regan isn’t one to shy away from experimenting with colours, layering and silhouettes. Here at Hello! Fashion, we love seeing the sartorial variations that the model brings to the table, and she nails it everytime.
The 20-year-old, known as Mimi Moocher on Instagram, has been on our radar since her relationship with Romeo Beckham, and her style agenda has been a joy to watch. This Autumn/Winter season, Mia’s footwear game has been mega. We’ve seen her nail the 70s style platform knee high boot, It- girl chunky Prada loafers, and 2022’s most unlikely trend of the year: the platform UGG – the ultimate boot to encapsulate her notable Y2K agenda.

But Boxing Day this year saw her resurface a shoe she’s sported before, and it isn’t for the faint-hearted. The Miu Miu football boot heels.
If you missed it: In Miu Miu’s digital show of Spring/Summer 21, the Italian brand presented the football boot kitten heel in a range of styles. From full shoe to backless slip ons, and metallic silver and pink to black and white monochrome colourways.
Does the pooch come with the shoes?
In February 2021, Regan modelled the shoe on her Instagram page opting for playful elegance in two full Miu Miu looks: a blue tulle skirt and jacket followed by an orange cut out dress, both looks were finished off with her metallic, pointed toe cleats. Followers of course had mixed reactions to the avant-garde shoe.

She didn’t hang up her boots there, as yesterday Mia opted for the ultimate ‘smart casual’ look, wearing the boots to continue her Christmas festivities. She paired the shoe (that we’re sure would impress her boyfriend’s dad David Beckham), with straight leg jeans and a teal blue and brown zip up sleeveless top. Straight leg jeans have eschewed Mia’s sartorial agenda for a while, with oversized jeans – particularly those from her capsule collection with Victoria Beckham – taking centre stage.
Her skin looked flawless
Mia matched her Miu Miu’s with silver jewellery, a corsage wrapped around her upper arm and her recent blonde mixie cut slicked to one side with silver crocodile clips. A metallic masterpiece.
If anybody can pull off these shoes, it’s Mia.
