Multi-hyphenate Emily Ratajkowski has just added yet another string to her bow – and we are seriously impressed.
The supermodel, author and podcast host ticked off another accomplishment on Thursday: delivering a college commencement address.
The 31-year-old gave a speech at the end of New York City-based public university Hunter College's winter graduation ceremony, inspiring former students with her unique career path.
The My Body author explained the reasoning behind her decision to drop out of college in the late 2000s in her address, saying: "Modelling paid more than what my friends made working service industry jobs and I was terrified of being saddled with student loan debt."

"I also knew that my window for this opportunity was limited - everyone reminded me that women have an expiration date. So, I gave up on my education and instead focused on work."

In a post shared on Instagram with her 29.7m followers, Emily looked every inch the stylish grad-girl in a violet gown, complete with matching mortar board. "CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF ‘23! What an honor!" she gushed in the caption. "Thank you so much to President Raab and Hunter College for having me today."
EmRata is not the only supermodel to have donned a cap and gown – far from it. Last July, industry veteran Naomi Campbell accepted an honorary doctorate from the University for the Creative Arts in London. Shedding a tear at the public recognition for her immense contributions to the fashion industry, the 52-year-old told the other graduates: "Never quit."

She topped off her look with jet black shades and brassy gold triangular earrings.
