This weekend we experienced the lowest temperatures of the year so far, but Lady Amelia Windsor was prepared. The royal brought some sunshine to the treacherous cold, opting for a touch of dopamine dressing when we needed it the most.
We’ve loved her style this winter: from preppy pinstripes to cool cow print clogs and a sublime collection of coats. Prince Harry’s cousin is also a fan of adding some dopamine dressing into the mix, and she nailed winter colour blocking with her latest look.

Amelia nailed winter colour blocking
The 27-year-old socialite uploaded a post on her Instagram, braving a day out in London in the cold wearing a cool black fleece with half black, half sky-blue sleeves and a matching blue panel across the back of the jacket. Perfect for adding some statement colour into an ensemble if you want to slowly step out of your minimalistic comfort zone.
She captioned the post ‘Melticoloured ?’ (a play on multi-coloured, and her name ‘Mel’), encouraging her followers to comment with their own adaptations including “Effortless Melagance’ and ‘MELted my colorful heart’. Social media engagement? Also nailed it.
She paired the fleece with loose fitting straight leg jeans and white chunky trainers with a green trim and pink logo. Amelia infamously made a case for trainers in this colourway on the carpet back in 2019. She wore a Stella Mccartnety silky slip dress to the preview of the Royal Academy of Arts summer exhibition, paired with the designer's Eclypse Pastel trainers, proving that Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are not the only royal fashion trailblazers.

Amelia finished this weekend’s look with a tonal blue woolly hat and the ultimate colour block scarf that immediately caught our attention. She wore the statement accessory earlier this month and proved it can be worn with anything, opting to pair it with It-girl silver metallic trousers and funky cow-print clogs from Mango.
It appears Lady Amelia needs to have ‘dopamine dressing muse’ alongside her sustainable fashion accolades.
