Details of Rita Ora and Taika Waititi's wedding were few and far between until last week, but there's one thing we did know: it was going to be an utterly fashionable affair.
A year on from their nuptials, the British singer and her filmmaker husband have shared all, in exclusive images with British Vogue. We now know that it was Rita who actually proposed in 2022, and they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles just four weeks later.

Suffice to say, at Hello! Fashion HQ, we've been obsessing over every little detail, from her Tom Ford wedding dress to her retro hair accessory, including more images of the incredible engagement ring we first got a look at earlier this year, which experts estimate is worth around half a million pounds.
Engagement ring specialists at Steven Stone have taken a closer look at the singer's huge emerald ring that she apparently chose herself: “The stunning ring features a 10 carat emerald cut Columbian green emerald in a halo setting. Colombian emeralds are typically the most expensive in the world - with their beautiful depth of colour, they can sometimes appear to glow,” explained Creative Director, Maxwell Stone, “The stunning emerald is sat on a delicate gold band. Gold is the most popular wedding ring and engagement ring metal - representing eternal love and promise, it’s always a sentimental choice. I’d estimate Rita’s dazzling engagement ring to be worth $500,000.”
The first time we saw her engagement ring was in February 2023, when Rita gave a close-up of the Colombian emerald on Tonight with Jimmy Fallon. She told Jimmy: “I’ve actually never shown anyone my ring” before dazzling her hand in front of the camera.
