Diving into Roxie Nafousi's Book Launch

To help kick 2023 off with a positive mindset and a chic tablescape, wellness guru Roxie Nafousi launched her second book ‘Manifest: Dive Deeper’ with an intimate breakfast at members club Mortimer House on January 4. With her first book a Sunday Times best seller, it was only she celebrated the beginning of her second with an exclusive guest list. Caggie Dunlop, Portia Freeman and Charley Webb were amongst the attendees.

La Double J's Pyjama Party

La Double J partnered with Bulgari Hotels & Resorts to create a collection of silk pyjamas, available exclusively for residents of its top suites. Of course the Roman jewellers invited London's most fashionable faces to try a set on for size. Held in a luxurious Bulgari Suite, the pyjama party kicked off at 8pm and went on into the wee hours... with cocktails and canapés provided throughout the night. Sweet dreams are made of these.

All hands on Deck 

On February 23, British women’s tailoring brand The Deck celebrated the launch of its new store on Savile Row, and the first of its kind to have a tailoring shop front for women. Of course, the only appropriate place to celebrate such a momentous occasion was inside the doors of their historic store. Founder Daisy Knatchbull hosted an exquisite party, where guests were of course swathed in tastefully tailored looks. An appropriately timed event as we hit International Women’s Day on March 8. 

8 Thoroughbred Chefs

On 6th February not one, but eight Michelin star chefs presented their food concepts at what was set to be a delectable event from the get go. Royal Ascot Fine Dining Chefs Launch Party 2023 held at Carousel restaurant in Marylebone, hosted a stellar line up of the finest chefs including Raymond Blanc Jr and James Tanner previewed their illustrious Royal Ascot fine dining menus for 2023. Success or no success with betting, taste buds are guaranteed to be winning.

 A Chanel night out

The annual Charles Finch and Chanel pre-BAFTA party is the calm before the storm of what is set to be a long night of partying for the fashion set. This year the event was held behind the exclusive doors of 5 Hertford Street on February 18, and attended by Alexa Chung, Camilla Morrone and Danielle Deadwyler, to name a few.

Is there any more quintessential British place to celebrate a star-studded British event than Chiltern Firehouse? Netflix’s 2023 BAFTA Awards Party was held at the venue loved by celebrities and royals alike and actress royalty Florence Pugh, Jodie Turner-Smith and Ana de Arnas were amongst the A-listers who danced the night away post-BAFTAs.

Sadiq Khan's Promise

Last month digital-first circular fashion platform Luxury Promise launched Europe’s largest pre-owned luxury shopping destination in central London. It was celebrated with an extravagant party that was opened by former Mayor Sadiq Khan, where guests began with a tour of the venue. Dinner tables were awash with cheerful pink and red hues, and luxurious accessories decorated the room in glass display cabinets. Talk about dinner with a view…

Aerin Lauder's 10th Birthday  

Aerin Lauder, the granddaughter of beauty mogul Estée Lauder hosted a dinner celebrating 10 years of Beauty for her eponymous brand, Aerin, with an exquisite dinner at Harry's Bar in London. Exuisite tablescapes were created by Fiona Leahy, that formidable florist Willow Crosskey flowered with an array of joyful poppies, ranunculus and nakes head fritillaries. A night of beauty all around.
