Vanessa Hudgens has been the moment on the red carpet recently with a sultry chic agenda that never misses. And for this year’s 95th Academy Awards she amped up the glam (as did the Oscars with their shiny new champagne coloured carpet), with a stunning Chanel look that was reminiscent of a modern day Audrey Hepburn.
The former Disney star was the epitome of elegance in a strapless black and cream dress styled by celebrity stylist Jason Bolden that encapsulated Audrey’s ever-polished style agenda. The black maxi boasted a slim fitting silhouette, two thick white panels around the neckline and the hem and two chunky pearl buttons adding a touch of vintage glam.

Vanessa wore Chanel to the 2023 Oscars
Hudgens wore her brunette tresses slicked back in a high bun – an adaptation of Audrey’s signature pin up – and kept her face glam subtle to let her fine jewellery do the talking.
Her look channelled modern day Audrey Hepburn
Her dazzling bijouterie – also from Chanel – consisted of a diamond necklace with a pendant that matched her chunky earrings and her ring that was equally as impressive as her engagement ring. The actress got engaged to her baseball player boyfriend Cole Tucker last month.
Fans were quick to praise the 34-year-old’s look, with comments on Jason’s on Instagram saying: “Jason you did the impossible… you made me love a chanel look ♥️” and “best look”.

She let her outfit do the talking with subtle face glam
Monochrome seems to be her current red carpet uniform. At the CFDA Fashion Awards in November she wore a custom Vera Wang look that consisted of an incredible black bralette and maxi skirt paired with a chic ivory robe that she wore off the shoulder, gracefully trailing behind her as she walked.
