Emily Ratajkowski just delivered a major dose of hair envy – and we are utterly hooked. Between igniting the internet by kissing Harry Styles and adjusting to her new role as a super successful podcast host, we can't imagine that the supermodel has much time to spare.
And yet, somehow Emily has found the hours to fit in a spring hair refresh and the results are everything and more. Since early this year, the 31-year-old has been soft launching her fringe – she started out with face-framing curtains which she frequently teamed with an updo, before growing them out a bit and shifting into French girl territory.

The supermodel's most recent fringe reshape has presented us with yet another measure of hair inspiration. In a must-see video shared on TikTok with her 2.4m followers, Emily debuted her new style and showed it off in all its glory. Dancing alongside her best friend Babs, the My Body author rocked her shorter-than-before, eye-skimming bangs and now we are hotfooting it to the hair salon to give our own locks a seasonal update.
Her fringe is of a medium thickness with visible gaps, not verging into blocky, perfectly capturing the levity and playfulness that spring demands. Plenty of our celebrity hair crushes have been ditching their lengths recently in favour of shorter styles – think Instagram powerhouse Hailey Bieber and screen star Jenna Ortega. Certainly, the warmer months lend themselves to replacing fuller layers with a lighter, fresher hair moment.

© TikTokBut we love that Emily has marched to the beat of her own drum by keeping her locks mid-length and instead allowing her fringe to do the talking. Cool and non-drastic – colour us obsessed.
The supermodel paired her fringe with an outfit that favoured a print classic. While fellow fashion industry legend Alexa Chung recently championed a quirky, amphibian-inspired style moment (it has to be seen to be believed), Emily was all about the reptile vibe, in a brown co-ord and vibrant square-toe boots, both featuring a richly textured snake print.
