Screen star and inadvertent modern style icon Lily James never fails to amaze us in the red carpet department, but she also excels in casual cool. Awards season saw the What's Love Got to Do with It? star turn heads in some truly decadent ensembles, but her off-duty outfits are equally top notch.
Her latest look is a case in point and be warned: even a short glimpse will likely spark some major style envy. The Pam & Tommy actress shared a quick mirror snap on her Instagram Stories with her impressive 3.3m followers, which saw her sporting a seriously covetable band tee.

Lily's low-key ensemble exuded understated festival vibes – not quite Coachella (there was no glitter in sight), instead it had a slightly edgier feel. The 34-year-old wore a pair of black trousers with a patterned stripe down the outer leg alongside a piece of classic festival headgear: a bucket hat. Lily opted for a stylish geometric pattern, but undoubtedly the star of the show was her graphic T-shirt.
The piece featured an image of The Beatles in their iconic vibrant military-inspired outfits, worn to promote The Fab Four's (the original Fab Four, we hasten to add – Lily's T-shirt was devoid of royal faces) eighth studio album, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Lily’s tee, which was actually a "special birthday gift" according to the acting star, and seemingly paid tribute to one of her most loveable on-screen roles.

In 2019, Lily starred in Yesterday alongside Himesh Patel, a musical romcom which tells the tale of a wannabe singer who wakes up after an accident to find that only he remembers The Beatles. He then finds stardom by passing off the band's iconic tunes as his own creations.
Let it be (known) that we certainly remember The Beatles, and we'd be hard pressed to forget Lily's amazing graphic T-shirt.
