When it comes to royal hair inspiration, Lady Amelia Windsor is right up there with the best of them. Granted, the Princess of Wales' bouncy blow dry lives in our mind rent free, but Prince Harry's cousin is currently vying for top spot – and we are totally on board.
The sustainable fashion champion took some time out of her royal schedule to give her hair a quick refresh just in time for spring – be warned: the results are seriously envy-inducing.

Lady Amelia shared a stylish snap on her Instagram Stories with her 103k followers, in which she showed off her new 'do. Posing in the mirror, the aristocratic model gave fans a glimpse at her dark blonde mid-length locks which featured lighter streaks through her ends and face-framing tendrils.
Now that spring is in full swing, there is no better time to give your tresses an update. Scaling back curtain-like, wintry volume in favour of a fresh trim and a subtle shade update feels concordant with spring's 'new beginnings' vibe.

Lady Amelia also revealed the cut-and-colour duo behind her hair refresh – colourist Kat Michalakis and stylist James Benoit who make up part of the team at West London's George Northwood salon. The founder of the cult-adored hair haunt, George Northwood, is responsible for some truly iconic modern hair moments. From his signature 'Alexa' bob, an "effortless, undone" short style rocked by indie-sleaze It-girl Alexa Chung, to one of George's most requested styles: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's bouncy blow dry.
The celebrity hairdresser even played a major role in the Duchess of Sussex's wedding in 2018, having created her elegant evening bridal updo.
"Spring cut and colour by @katcolour and @jamesbenoithair at @georgenorthwood thank you so much," the young royal captioned her selfie. No Amelia, thank YOU. Time for a spring hair refresh of our own…
