The coronation of King Charles III is being watched by audiences across the globe, all of us keen to steal a glimpse of the glitz and glamour of Princess Kate and the entire British royal family.

The event is of course an illustrious affair, especially when it comes to the fashion, and guests include A-listers, members of the commonwealth celebrities and foreign royals.

Abdullah II of Jordan and Queen Rania of Jordan arrived at Westminster Abbey with Rania opting for a  pale yellow dress. Her Majesty wore a Tamara Ralph custom couture pastel lemon yellow silk crepe tailored pencil dress with structured off shoulder bow collar. The bespoke creation was designed exclusively for Her Majesty and precedes the brand’s official launch later this year.

Crown Princess Marie-Chantal wore a pastel blue dress and matching fascinator

The Greek royal family, including Queen Anne-Marie, Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece and Marie-Chantal, Crown Princess of Greece, were out in full force to attend the coronation, with style icon Marie-Chantal opting for a pale blue custom Mary Katrantzou outfit.

Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark arrived with Mary wearing a deep aubergine hue which contracted beautifully against her stunning turquoise brooch, a gift from her mother-in-law Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. Her headpiece was a diamond pleated large veiled headband in a matching bespoke colour by Jane Taylor.

Opting for a stunning blue and white patterned dress from Suzannah London with British couture headwear designerJane Taylor's 'Pomona’ hat, which was hand dyed to match her dress.

Finnegan Biden wore a custom Markarian Sommer Seamed Corset Dress with a matching Garland Cape in a buttermilk yellow silk crepe. A matching headband was created by Markarian's long time  collaborator Gigi Burris. The buttermilk yellow roses represent the official flower of Washington, DC.

Princess Charlotte

Eight-year-old Princess Charlotte of Wales stepped out in an Alexander McQueen dress – with a cape – in ivory silk crepe. She was dressed in a mini-me version of her mother, Princess Kate's dress. Kate’s dress featured silver bullion and thread work embroidery featuring rose, thistle, daffodil and shamrock motifs – with the emblems signifying the four nations - also appearing on Charlotte’s dress in ivory satin stitch embroidery. Charlotte's silver bullion, crystal and silver thread headpiece was also crafted by milliner Jess Collett and Alexander McQueen, the same as he mother.

Princess Eugenie looked stunning in navy blue

Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie of York wore a Fendi by Kim Jones custom-made navy silk and satin mid-length dress, finished with a plisse side-panel, overlaid with a Fendi navy and dark blue double-sided cashmere coat featuring a navy embroidered obi belt. To complete the look, Eugenie paired the ensemble with a dark blue leather Fendi ISeeU Peekaboo bag with 3D leather roses, as well as Fendi navy leather Fendi First heels and Fendi's Swarovski embroidered navy silk and satin gloves.

Featuring long sleeves and sleek lapels, the sophisticated piece was perfectly paired with delicate heels and a simple clutch bag in a matching shade of pastel yellow.

The mother of the Princess of Wales was a stylish guest in a Catherine Walker cobalt coat dress (a label also favoured by Princess Kate) with a matching headband. Carole had her hair styled in loose tousled waves which modernised the otherwise prim ensemble.

Featuring flutter sleeves and a midi skirt, the exquisite piece was  paired with nude court shoes and her signature, a statement headband from luxury headwear brand, Emily London. She teamed the look with jewellery from Garrard.

For accessories she went with a VBH Manila Clutch in Pink Crocodile and Christian Louboutin's Pigalle Follies 85’ Nude Leather Pumps. For her hat she went for milliner Jane Taylor, a bespoke pillbox in satin with matching veil.

Zara Tindall, the daughter of Princess Anne, looked ethereal in her baby blue coat dress by Laura Green, which she teamed with a matching floral hat and Strathberry's East/West Baguette in Forget Me Not. The  piece was teamed with co-ordinating shoes and the royal added her mother Princess Anne's diamond brooch to her look. The 'diamond ribbon and tassel brooch' was  a wedding gift to the Princess Royal from her brother King Charles, so it carried extra significance on the day of his coronation.

Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan wore national garb in an elegant shade of lavender. In the Dzongkha language, Bhutan is known as Drukyul which translates as "The Land of the Thunder Dragon," which is why her husband is often referred to as 'The Dragon King.'

British politician Penny Mordaunt played a key role in King Charles III's Coronation, the 50-year-old was tasked with carrying out the ancient custom of bestowing Charles with the 'Jewelled Sword of Offering' and she was the first-ever woman to do so. Penny stepped out in a teal cape dress by Safiyaa. It was  intricately embroidered by  Hand and Lock with the golden fern motif of the Privy Council, very apt. She accessorised with a matching Full Moon Band from Jane Taylor, black ballerina flats, and demure pearl drop earrings.

The cousin of King Charles III donned an elegant cream ensemble and matching hat for the coronation, she accessorised with a royal signature - a triple strand statement pearl necklace.
