The iconic styling brand partnered with Roksanda for its AW23 LFW show in February. Lead hair stylist Mark Hampton created the looks for the show using Drybar tools and styling products, opting for individual styles to compliment the silhouettes of the collection.
“I wanted the hair to reflect each individual ROKSANDA Autumn/Winter 23 look. The days of when all the models had exactly the same hair on the catwalk are over,” Hampton explained, “For natural texture I was inspired by Queen Nefertiti and Grace Jones, so organic and interesting shapes that complemented the silhouettes of the collection. Straight hair focused on sleek and shiny hair which worked with the voluminous and feminine styles. The Drybar products & tools gave the ultimate in shine for beautifully styled hair for the show.”
Hair was protected with Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler with sleek styles brushed through with the Super Lemon Drop Detangling Brush and straightened out with the Tress Press Digital Styling Iron. Textured styles were blown out using the best-selling Double Shot Blow-Dryer Brush and finished with the Money Maker Flexible Hold Hairspray for a high shine finish without the heaviness.
