As far as 'tour'drobes go, the Duchess of Sussex's is always iconic.

Already this year, she brought her style A-game on a trip to Canada to celebrate the one-year countdown until the 2025 Invictus Games, giving us plenty of iconic fashion moments that showcased her penchant for elegance.

Now, 42-year-old Meghan has joined the Duke of Sussex on a three-day visit to Nigeria, and of course, she is flaunting her natural flair for fashion.

The couple arrived on Friday at the invitation of the chief of defence staff and will attend a variety of events over the weekend. These include meeting service members at a military hospital, visiting a school, a training session with the charity organisation 'Nigeria: Unconquered', which collaborates with the Invictus Games, and Meghan is due to co-host an event of Women in Leadership with Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director-general of the World Trade Organisation.

They will also visit a basketball camp with Giants of Africa, attend a cultural reception and a polo fundraiser for 'Nigeria: Unconquered'.

Rocking a crisp Carolina Herrera white shirt, she paired one her go-to brands with a wrap skirt with traditional Nigerian Aso-Oke fabric which was gifted by the Nigerian Diaspora Commission. She strutted in her trusty Burberry Prorsum gold heeled sandals from way back in 2013, proving that fashion is timeless. Shielding her eyes from the  sun (and flashbulbs) she wore Heidi Merrick's ‘Santa Barbara’ shades. Accessorising like a pro, the duchess flaunted yet another vintage pair of earrings. Namely, Lanvin clip ons adding a dash of retro 80s Princess Diana-approved glamour to her ensemble. She added a sentimental touch with her Ariel Gordon personalised pendant necklace, engraved with Archie and Lilibet's names.

Rocking a stunning ruffle hem dress by homegrown brand Orire, a nod to Nigerian talent. Talk about supporting the local fashion scene, it's a move that has been employed by other British royals on overseas tours. Cheers to fashion diplomacy and slaying the game. Need elegant, day-to-night summer dressing inspo? Look no further. The stylish duchess stunned in a Johanna Ortiz midi dress with a thigh-split and a black tropical print, paired with flat black sandals.

The subtle cut-out detailing (her go-to recently) and leg split gave the ensemble a daring yet sophisticated touch. Pairing with oversized glasses and a slicked-back hairstyle kept her overall look ultra-chic.

The perfect example of 'if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it'. A crisp white suit is a Meghan Markle signature - it's elegant, powerful and totally versatile.

She wore a single-breasted, fitted blazer paired with straight-leg trousers, both from Altuzarra. Her beige underlayer and suede brown Manolo Blahnik heels perfectly complimented her gold jewellery, and made the classic suit feel fashion-forward. Furthermore, suede accessories are a huge trend this season, proving she is the ultimate classic but contemporary dressing muse.

Meghan oozed casual elegance in the ‘Windsor' silk noil dress in 'blush' from Heidi Merrick. The maxi boasted the perfect balance of fit and flare, with a long, floaty skirt to amp up the femininity. Her jewellery selection proves the power of classic gold - she wore her go-to Cartier watch, bracelet and an Ariel Gordon tennis bracelet.

The pièce de résistance for fashion fans was her vintage Lanvin clip-on earrings. She's currently in her vintage earring era, donning both rare Chanel and Dior retro pieces on recent outings. This is the ultimate symbol of her penchant for sophisticated glamour, yet isn't too overpowering for a daytime outfit.
