Bruce Willis' beautiful New York apartment is off the market, after selling for the full asking price of $17.54million (around £12.9million). The Die Hard actor listed his incredible six bedroom, four bathroom property for sale earlier this year, just two years after he purchased it. According to property website Trulia, the home was built in 1923 and spans a huge 6,000 square foot, all while offering a prime location within Manhattan and stunning views over New York.

The property has everything any Hollywood star could ever want, including a full-time elevator operator, a live-in resident manager and round-the-clock security. And once you step inside the sprawling apartment, there is a huge kitchen and dining room, lounge, spacious bedrooms and even a library with custom bookshelves.

Bruce's apartment has a spacious separate dining room with plenty of space for the actor to host his family for dinner. And while the hardwood flooring and statement chandelier are stylish design touches, the highlight of the room is arguably the beautiful views across Central Park and the Manhattan skyline from the two windows at the end of the room.

This spacious family room is light and airy thanks to high ceilings and dual aspect windows. The room has a neutral colour scheme, with fluffy peach and teal cushions adding a pop of colour. Along with two sofas, an armchair and coffee tables, there is also a grand piano in the corner.

Bruce's home has a huge eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table. The kitchen is fitted with custom cabinets and granite countertops, with a double refrigerator and six-burner stove, plus more stunning Central Park views. What more could they want?

There are four bathrooms within the sprawling apartment, including this bold suite, which has an eye-catching orange print wallpaper and brown skirting boards. Meanwhile, the master bathroom has a steam shower and separate soaking tub which overlooks Central Park.

This bedroom - one of six in the apartment - is filled with natural light thanks to the double windows. The new owners will easily be able to put their own stamp on the room, as it currently has a plain white colour scheme, with dark wooden flooring and furniture, and bold coral colour pops from the bedding and soft furnishings.

Another single bedroom doubles up as a separate lounge, with a sofa bed, chest of drawers and pink armchair. Much like the other bedroom, it also has double windows and a light, bright colour scheme.
