The 1970s are making a style comeback, with bold, clashing patterns, gold accessories and luxe fabrics an easy way to incorporate the trend into your home. With its vibrant velvet sofa, this room is a perfect representation of the trend.

Houzz of 2018 Dining Room

Modern rustic:

Modern rustic is a modern take on country style that works just as well in an urban home as it would a country manor. The trend is showcased in this dining room, which has given a traditional wooden farmhouse table a contemporary update with slim metallic legs.

Houzz of 2018 living room botanicals

Botanicals and houseplants:

Botanicals are set to be a key trend for 2018, and of course, one of the easiest ways to incorporate some greenery into your home is with a houseplant. However, if you're feeling more daring, try botanical patterns and prints on wallpapers and fabrics.

Green tones and Crafted:

You're going to be seeing a lot of green tones for the home this year, and this dark green free-standing bath tub is a seriously classy way to incorporate them into your bathroom. This room also showcases the Crafted trend, which sees a move towards traditional techniques and handmade items, such as textured and woven wall hangings and rugs.
