Charlie Sheen is relocating from his star-studded neighbourhood in Beverly Hills, after listing his sprawling mansion for $10million (around £7.2million). The Two and a Half Men star is selling his seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion, some 12 years after he purchased it for $7.2million (around £5.2million) in 2006.

The property certainly has a lot to offer prospective owners; spanning 8,932 feet, the Mediterranean-style home has amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, cinema and chef's kitchen, along with a spacious home gym. It is located within the exclusive Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills, where stars including Christina Aguilera and DJ Khaled own homes.
Charlie has owned several homes in Los Angeles over the last few years, including a five-bedroom Beverly Hills estate that he bought for ex-wife Brooke Mueller, which has since been purchased by Kendall Jenner for £6.5million in October 2017. The spacious home has a neutral colour scheme, with wooden flooring and a traditional open fireplace in this living room. Charlie would have plenty of space for hosting guests, with a large sofa, three armchairs, and a pool table, which would be ideal for entertaining.

Charlie's home has a large chef's kitchen which leads through to the formal dining room. It is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and even a mini food elevator, which transports meals upstairs.

The dining room is one of the standout rooms on the ground floor of the property, and is bathed in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and from the first floor foyer above. The room is furnished with a wooden dining table that has seating for six guests, with ornate pillars at either side of the entrance.

There are seven bathrooms in Charlie's home, including this guest room, complete with a double bed, lots of storage space and a couple of armchairs. The room has dual aspect views over the private gardens, and is decorated in a neutral grey and cream colour palette.

Another highlight of the property is the Creston movie theatre, where Charlie could host several friends and family for TV and film screenings. Designed to look like a traditional cinema, the room is fitted with plush red armchairs and sofas, and has a bar and popcorn machine for refreshments.

On the ground floor of Charlie's home there is a large gym, which could also be converted into another bedroom or home office by the new owners. Charlie has fitted out the room with weights and cardio equipment, including a treadmill and power plate, with a TV to keep him entertained while he works out.
