Mike Myers has sold his New York apartment for $13.95million (£9.8million) – earning him a huge profit of £4.2million from when he bought the property in 2007. The Austin Powers star has owned the four-bed, five-bathroom apartment in SoHo, Manhattan, for over ten years, and it's easy to see why it was quickly snapped up!

Located at the top of a modern seven-storey building, the duplex penthouse offers incredible views across Manhattan. It has a number of impressive amenities, including a 24-hour doorman for round-the-clock security, modern décor and a beautiful roof terrace, with plenty of space for entertaining.
This spacious living room has high ceilings, oak flooring, a stylish fireplace on one side of the room and custom-built floor-to-ceiling bookshelves on the other; perfect to display Mike's book collection, along with a number of other photo frames and ornaments.

Mike's apartment has a large kitchen with maple and aluminium cabinets and stone worktops. It has an open plan design that leads directly into the living room, while the staircase sits at the centre of the room to lead up to the bedrooms.

The actor's home also has five bathrooms, one of which features a clean white colour scheme, with a large bath and free-standing shower cubicle, along with a double sink and wooden vanity unit.
