Leonardo DiCaprio is expanding his already impressive property portfolio after investing in a £3.5million home that was previously owned by the musician Moby. The actor, who Moby recently described as one of his "favourite environmentalists", has bought the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom property in the Los Feliz area of California.

Built in 1926, the traditional-style property has undergone extensive renovation works since it was bought by Moby in 2016. And it will be the ideal place for Leonardo to live, as it allows him peace and privacy away from the public eye. The residence spans 4,663-square-feet and has a number of impressive amenities, including a state-of-the-art kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool and spa, as well as spacious reception rooms that are ideal for entertaining.
Leo owns a number of lavish properties in New York City, Palm Springs and West Hollywood, so it's not known how much time he'll be spending at the new addition to his portfolio. But it will be the ideal spot for talking environmentalism with Moby, as he still owns the house next door! Click through the gallery to see more of Leo's new home...
