We may not have Mary Berry's cooking abilities, but now we can at least look the part thanks to a new range she has developed with Lakeland. The former Great British Bake Off star has released a new range of enamel cookware and textiles that will literally make you look like a star baker, thanks to its stylish star motif adorning an apron, oven gloves and a hob cover.
The versatile range has all been given Mary's seal of approval, and was carefully designed to help budding chefs to practice their culinary skills with ease. As well as a selection of baking tins, cake stands and spatulas, shoppers can also pick up a selection of hard-wearing enamel kitchenware, including roasting trays, pie dishes and a pudding bowl.

Not only do the pieces promise to clean up easily thanks to the enamel coating, they'll also withstand oven temperatures up to 230°C. Better still, they'll all stack neatly together in your cupboards too, and prices start at just £5.49.

Mary appears to have considered every little detail when it comes to developing the range. The apron, for example, is extra-wide to protect more of your clothes from any splashes, while a patch pocket on the front serves as a handy storage space while you're baking.

While she's no longer a judge on Bake Off, Mary has since been on BBC shows such as Britain's Best Home Cook, and took a surprising career change in July, when she joined Rick Astley on stage at Camp Bestival, where she gave it her all on the drums while the singer performed. The star looked like she was having the time of her life as she stood in front of the crowds at the popular festival, looking relaxed in an oversized blouse and jeans.
