Stacey Solomon has been showing off her impressive home organisation hacks on Instagram over the past few months, showing how she colour codes her son's crayons and hangs up everything from crisps to saucepans on tension rods. And it appears her love of tidying has rubbed off on her Loose Women co-star Coleen Nolan, who revealed she was having a sort out of her own at the weekend.

Coleen took to Instagram to share a photo inside her wardrobe, however, her progress was halted by her pet cat, who had decided that a basket of her clothes was a cosy spot for a nap. "Sorting out my wardrobe, not sure what to do with this? #ragdoll #BigAl #Allan," Coleen captioned the post.

The photo showed the cat curled up in a drawer of Coleen's clothes inside her wardrobe, with three more below used to store her footwear collection. While she was inspired to have a spring clean, Coleen didn't follow Stacey's technique for hanging her shoes on shower curtain rings. Earlier this month, Stacey said she felt "much better" after organising her footwear by hanging it on tension rods, but it might be a step too far for Coleen!

Like her Loose Women colleague, Coleen is also proud of her home, and often shares glimpses inside the property she shares with her daughter Ciara on social media. In January, the 54-year-old shared a look inside her pristine kitchen and dining room after enlisting professional cleaners to help with a post-Christmas cleaning spree, showing the modern open-plan space at its best.

Coleen has a modern kitchen featuring a muted white and grey colour scheme, with glossy cabinets and a huge island unit lined with three stools serving as a breakfast bar area. With white walls, spotlights in the ceilings and two industrial-style pendant lights hanging overhead, the kitchen feels bright and airy, with minimal clutter on the work surfaces.
