Lucy Mecklenburgh may have her hands full with a newborn after welcoming her son Roman in March, but that hasn't stopped her embarking on a major renovation project at the home she shares with fiancé Ryan Thomas. The former TOWIE star revealed she is currently working on transforming their bathroom – and the finished results are going to be stunning.
Taking to her dedicated home account on Instagram on Tuesday, Lucy revealed she had been shopping for bathroom tiles, and shared a look at the inspiration for her completed bathroom. The 28-year-old shared photos revealing she is planning a chic monochrome aesthetic with white tiles offset by a black framed shower screen and black radiators.

Marble detailing and a gold showerhead and taps are set to add the luxurious finishing touches to the bathroom, although it looks like Ryan and Lucy still have a long way to go until the room is finished.

The new mum revealed a photo of their current bathroom, which has been completely stripped out leaving exposed brick walls and flooring, with an old toilet still in place underneath the window. "And the fun begins! Swipe right for the bathroom design inspo and what it looks like now."

Lucy and Ryan live together in her Essex home, which she has been renovating room-by-room, starting with the kitchen. Sharing before-and-after photos Lucy revealed how the entire layout of the room had been changed, with a wall knocked down to create a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room, with a modern white and grey colour scheme.

Meanwhile, Roman's nursery has also been given a makeover, complete with fitted wardrobes and drawers, a comfy sofa, and lots of cute toys and books ready for when he is able to move into his own room.
