Rochelle Humes moved into a new home in Essex with her husband Marvin and their daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina Raine in July, and the This Morning host has since unveiled her incredible home gym.

She took to Instagram to share a photo of Marvin inside, showing that it is fully equipped with all the machines you would find in a standard gym including a squat rack, a reformer Pilates bed and even a One Peloton spin bike, which Marvin seemed to be enjoying.

It has black rubber floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors so that Rochelle and Marvin can keep an eye on their form, and the ceilings are white with spotlights and one pendant light hanging in the middle of the room. The opposite side of the room has French patio doors with white frames which look as though they open out onto the couple's garden.

Rochelle, who is expecting her third child, announced the news that they were moving house in July during an episode of This Morning alongside co-host Ore Oduba. She admitted that she had left most of the work down to Marvin and her mum, saying, "I'm sort of not doing it, at the minute I've just got a picture of Marvin watching in the background whilst moving boxes going 'she's not doing nothing because she's going to meet us there at the other end'. So yeah, thanks hubby and mum and everyone that's doing that without me, I feel a little bit bad about it."
Nonetheless, Rochelle has played a huge part in the design of the home, showing its progress on an interiors Instagram account @homehumes. She has unveiled glimpses of their kitchen, bathroom and their daughters' incredible playroom so far, as well as a peek inside her very own dressing room fitted with a full-length Hollywood-style mirror.
