Photos have been kept tightly under wraps, but key details have been revealed about George's space in the past. In 2018, during a visit to the National Museum of Architecture and Design in Stockholm, the Duchess of Cambridge told IKEA's Head of Design, Marcus Engman, that she had chosen to fit his room with IKEA furniture. The couple also opted to do the same for their daughter Charlotte.

Naturally, Marcus was overjoyed, and said, "I'm proud that we can suit everybody. That's what we want IKEA to be – for the many people of the world, both royalty and ordinary people."

Ahead of meeting William and Kate, Marcus said, "It would be nice to know if they have any IKEA furniture. I know that the royals in Sweden have."

It is believed that the couple opted for IKEA furniture for its affordability and practicality, as they hope to raise their children as normally as they can.

The children have plenty of outdoor space

Likewise, while George, Charlotte and Louis have their own day and night nurseries-turned-playrooms, Kate and William are said to have kitted them out with traditional toys, as opposed to electronic gadgets.

The family also have plenty of outdoor space for the children to play, including a swing on which they were previously photographed with their father.
