Record listing: $75million Beverly Hills estate

This mansion hit the market for $75million

Jason Oppenheim joined forces with Davina to list this Beverly Hills estate at the jaw-dropping price of $75million (£58.1million). Set on one acre of land, it has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen and modern dining and living areas.

A movie theatre, gym, wine cellar and one of the biggest private pools in Beverly Hills are among the other impressive amenities that can be found at this property, as well as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse located within the grounds.

Record sale: $35,500,000 Hollywood Hills estate

This Hollywood Hills estate sold for a record $35.5million

Jason was understandably thrilled when he sold this amazing Hollywood Hills estate for $35,500,000 (£27.4million) – a record sale in the area. It had originally been listed for $43,995,000 (£34million) and spans 20,000 square feet with amazing 300-degree city views.

With a 175-foot pool, a 15-foot outdoor television that's visible from every room in the house and an enormous rooftop deck, it has everything you could possibly want – and then some. Other features include a wine cellar, movie theatre, and even a spa complete with a wet and dry sauna, cold and hot water plunge pools, and massage therapy.

Another record sale: $23,000,000 The Bird Streets mansion

This five-bedroom home boasts incredible city views

Prior to the sale of the $35.5million estate, this incredible mansion in The Bird Streets neighbourhood had been the most expensive sale in the area in 2019. It has panoramic views of the city and ocean, along with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse.

With a private spa, outdoor deck and an infinity pool with breath-taking city views, it's easy to see why this was snapped up.

Mary's wedding venue: $9,155,000 Lower Bird Streets mansion

Mary and Romain held their wedding at this beautiful mansion

Viewers of Selling Sunset will recognise this beautiful house as the venue where Mary and Romain hosted their wedding – and, ever the professional, the bride even hosted a viewing of the property on her wedding day.

This Bel-Air estate was sold by The Oppenheim Group in July

One of The Oppenheim Group's most recent big sales is this $7.5million (£5.8million) mansion in Bel-Air. The listing photos showcase the incredible décor, including a curved double staircase in the entrance hall, a stunning kitchen and dining room, outdoor pool and tennis and basketball courts in the garden.
