Olly Murs has joined the swathes of celebrities putting their Christmas decorations up early this year. As well as unveiling a beautiful Christmas tree on his Instagram he unveiled a very romantic kitchen makeover – and it is romantic enough to be a wedding setting.

The country-style kitchen in his stunning Essex home has been injected with festive cheer with hundreds of twinkling lights. Strings of warm glowing lights have been wrapped around the exposed beams on the ceiling, creating an atmospheric finish to his cooking space.

Olly's girlfriend Amelia Tank was responsible for the incredible décor and the singer was keen to commend her efforts on Instagram.

Sharing a picture of his Christmas tree, Olly wrote: "Amelia nailed her first year with the tree. Love it," and he also showed off the Shiba Inu dog decoration that topped the tree. Eagled-eyed fans would have spotted another special tree adornment, a love heart bauble with a picture of the couple in.
He then went on to say: "Nailed the kitchen as well," referring to Amelia's hard work transforming the space.
Troublemaker singer Olly has been dating girlfriend Amelia since summer 2019 and he’s already spoken about his desire to get married to her.

The Voice judge recently made other big changes in his home, installing child safety gates to prevent his dog from roaming freely around the house. They have even recently become ‘dog parents’ to an adorable puppy – hence the need for such barriers.
