Jamie and Jools Oliver have five children: Poppy Honey, Petal Blossom, River Rocket, Daisy Boo and Buddy Bear, and their youngest son, River, 4, has the most beautiful bedroom.

Jools inadvertently revealed a glimpse of the space on Instagram when she posted a photo of River and captioned it with a simple heart and three kisses.

It showed a curved grey flecked armchair dressed with a handmade multicoloured knitted rug, and two exposed cream shelves storing a selection of children's books. Behind the seat, there is a floor lamp with a white shade and a red base, and the window in the room overlooks the property's enormous garden, while a toy doll is kept on the window ledge.

This marks one of the few times that Jools and Jamie have revealed much of the space, but Jools did previously show off the area as she declared it her "absolute favourite" room in the house.

The series of images gave a better view of the windows, which are a large sash style lined with floor-length yellow curtains, while wooden floorboards and cream walls act as a muted base for colourful furniture including a blue chest of drawers, a lime green art table and a red moses basket. Jamie and Jools have since replaced their yellow armchair with the grey style seen in Jools' most recent post.

At the other side of the room, there is a selection of bright artwork mounted upon the wall, as well as a hanging rack with multicoloured knobs where River's bags and coats are kept.

Red, white and brown Chinese lantern shades are the chosen form of lighting in the room, and a bunting inspired door sign reads 'River'.

The Oliver family live in Essex, and their home is a six-bedroom 16th-century farmhouse with an additional three bedroom lodge and converted stables. It is believed to have cost approximately £6million.
