Lara Spencer knows the right way to spend a snow day! The Good Morning America star took to Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of how she was spending her Saturday amid the blizzard that landed on the Northeast this weekend.

The TV host rightfully spent the day inside, but with stunning views of her garden that she shared with her fans.
Lara posted an Instagram Story of her jaw-dropping Connecticut garden covered in inches of bright white snow. "Snow globe kinda day" the star captioned the image, which pictured tons of winter trees with snow rather than leaves, and a dim-lit sky.

The Connecticut home is not only stunning but certainly a very full home, one which Lara shares with Richard McVey, who she married in 2018.

The home is filled not only with Lara's kids with ex-husband David Haffenreffer, Duff and Katherine, but also with three dogs Lara spoils rotten, Riva, Coco and Dandy.
Lara watches the snow fall from her Connecticut home
As Duff left for college this past year, Lara teased the possibility of yet another household member, when she visited an animal shelter, North Shore Animal League, in honor of Betty White.
When Lara shared her visit with her Instagram followers, one of them quipped: "I feel a new addition," to which the TV star replied: "There's always room in my house for a rescue.”

She certainly has her home – and hands – full with her pups, who are very attached to the host.

She captioned a recent image of her dog Riva cuddling with her on the couch: "Lean on me….. or lie on top of me. Either works." Fans raved about the dog's cuteness, and expressed how much they resonated with the picture.
