While his ex-wife Jenna Dewan has moved on to a modern Encino mansion following their split, Channing Tatum has made a more surprising real estate investment after buying a secluded mid-century farmhouse nestled within a 0.91 acre estate in Brentwood's Mandeville Canyon.

The Dog actor bought the $5.6million estate in May 2021, and listing photos have revealed it is worlds away from the Beverly Hills home he shared with his former wife. It features a rustic stone and wood exterior, exposed brick walls in the kitchen and living room, and an incredible garden with a lagoon-style swimming pool and sports court.

Channing's home spans 3,300-square-feet and a modest two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while a one-bedroom guesthouse is located within the grounds.
The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the sprawling gardens, which are surrounded by sycamore trees and have a redbrick terrace with an outdoor dining area, and the swimming pool that is lined by two sun loungers.

Channing hasn't shared many photos from the property on social media, but one photo of the actor promoting his children's book, Sparkella, appears to have been taken within the secluded garden.

Meanwhile, in September Channing posted a series of photos that showcased the incredible city views from his private retreat.

The 41-year-old announced his split from Jenna Dewan in 2018, after nine years of marriage. Channing is now dating Zoe Kravitz, while Jenna is engaged to Steve Kazee, and welcomed their son Callum in 2020.
The Rookie star bought a $4.7million mansion in Encino, Los Angeles, in 2021 and it has a temperature-controlled wine closet, a state-of-the-art kitchen with two islands, a home cinema and outdoor swimming pool.
