While the journalist only tends to share sweet captures of family life or sticks to hard-hitting news, his wife just shared a video of him like you've never seen him before.

The video, shared to Katy's Instagram Stories, sees the news anchor in a much more casual manner than fans are used to seeing him, wearing flip flops, loose shorts, and a t-shirt.
It catches him washing the dishes from their spacious kitchen on a farmhouse sink. The impressive space features green cabinets, a large wooden table from where the MSNBC reporter was recording her husband, tall windows, and open shelving.
While the star was in fact washing the dishes, and most would appreciate the kind gesture, his wife wasn't totally convinced of her husband's intentions.
