Gogglebox favourite Ellie Warner is taking time away from the show to be by the beside of her partner Nat Eddleston following his tragic accident last month. The couple live in Leeds together and they have shared some impressive before and after pictures of their renovation project…

Fans will be used to seeing Ellie's colourful lounge on the hit Channel 4 show but one of her never-seen on television rooms is her stunning kitchen/diner. Ellie's home Instagram account, @throughmykeyhole, shows the incredible progress the couple have made on their doer-upper home.

In the before image, the wallpaper had been stripped off the walls and the fireplace wall was looking pretty bare. The star captioned the snap: "And so the work begins!! Nat hard at work in the kitchen chipping the plaster off the chimney breast and exposing the brick beneath!

While Ellie has not revealed a final full reveal of the space a during shot after the room had been painted shows it has come a very long way.

The space is now a beautiful olive green shade and the alcoves have been fitted with built-in shelving units.
The couple have used their oak beam mantlepiece to display some quirky pieces of artwork and there is a rustic scaffold board dining table which now sits in the centre of the room.

The hairdresser started posted pictures inside of their 1930s home in March 2021, indicating that they have probably owned the property for a year now.
While Nat is in hospital, Ellie has stepped away from the show choosing not to appear on screen.
