Rob Marciano, 54, has just finalized his divorce from ex-wife Eryn but he's been living separately from her since 2021.
The Good Morning America weatherman used to reside in a New York mansion with his wife and kids, but he now lives in a rental apartment nearby following their marriage breakdown.
The pair were married for 11 years, and shocked fans when they announced their decision to separate.
Speaking to People magazine at the time, Rob said: "The last couple of years have been very difficult. I didn't want this and tried to save the marriage, but we are sadly divorcing. My focus now is on my kids."
Their former marital home was sold in July 2022, and it has five-bedroom, six-bathrooms and reached a whopping $2.7million when the deal was sealed.
It has been reported that they purchased the house for $2million in February 2019, therefore raking in a $700,000 profit.

Rob has now traded the 4,161-square-foot home for a rental apartment, which according to the U.S Sun costs $3,250 per month.
In photos obtained by the publication, the apartment appears to have a blue panel and stone front with steps leading up to the front door.
The former couple are currently co-parenting their two children, Madelynn, 11, and Mason, four, so it's likely the pair come and visit Rob's new home.
Rob's job requires him to travel around the country, reporting on various weather systems which can include storms and tornadoes.
