Paul O'Grady's sudden passing aged 67 has had the great and good of television paying tribute to the presenter and comedian. The star was famous for his Lily Savage drag act as well as his hit Love of Dogs programme, among many other things.
Away from the showbiz circuit, Paul and his husband Andre Portasio resided in a quiet area in Kent, on a farm.
On This Morning back in 2017, Paul admitted: "I always fancied myself with a bit of land, a bit of livestock, but I never thought it would happen." But his dream came true.
Paul's love for his four-legged friends was clear throughout his career, but did you know the star had other animals too?
Paul also housed alpacas, pigs, owls, chickens, ducks, and had a pet goat on his property.
Dame Barbara Windsor's husband Scott knew Paul well and speaking on This Morning on Wednesday, he shared a sweet memory from one weekend at Paul's farm in Aldington.
Scott heard a clip clop sound which he at first thought could be Barbara's heels on the kitchen tiles, but then "a little lamb walked in, he was rearing a little lamb… Paul had it in the house, feeding it with a baby's bottle, and I just remember sitting there thinking this is just amazing."

The corner of Paul's cooking space was revealed one New Year's Eve when his pet pooch appeared to enjoy receiving NY wishes on his phone at the dining. Behind the dog, muted cabinets could be seen with gold handles, creating a homely yet modern result.

This is where Paul kept the majority of his pets, those that weren't allowed inside anyway. One day, the star was seen giving his pet pig some medicine dressed in jeans, wellington boots, a checked shirt and a green gilet. His small holding was in clear view in the shot, stretching out behind him.

During a night in front of the tele, Paul shared a sweet video of his dogs taking an interest. The space has a television on the wall, a wooden cabinet beneath it, a dog bed to the side, and fans can also see the edge of a comfy sofa.
Where does Paul O'Grady live in Kent?
Paul and husband Andre lived in the village of Aldington in Kent for over 20 years and the star was a pillar of the local community. A private funeral is being held for Paul on Thursday 20 April, with Andre revealing on a local Facebook group that the procession will pass through the village before heading to the church as "a way of marking Paul's affection for the area".
