Holly Willoughby, 42, has missed filming This Morning this week due to a nasty bout of shingles and she is currently resting up at her £3million family home as Rochelle Humes fills in for her.
The mother-of-three explained all on her Instagram Stories, writing: "Hi… Just to let you know I may be away for the rest of the week as I have shingles [sad emoji]… I'll be back as soon as I'm better."
Holly's focus right now will be to relax and unwind to get better, and just a few weeks ago, the star shared one of her favourite wellness therapies on her Wylde Moon Instagram.
"I know sound baths aren't for everyone... but playing the sound bowls is something I have completely fallen in love with," penned the presenter, sharing a video of herself playing crystal bowls.
The blonde-haired beauty sat on the floor of a room inside her home, with the bowls arranged on an Aztec rug. As well as the sound instruments, Holly lit a candle on the floor, adding to the ambience.
Holly's followers seemed won over by the unique treatment with one writing, "I'm normally so cynical about things but I have to say that was totally relaxing. I actually zoned out then. Really need to figure out how to do this," and another adding: "This is so relaxing to watch."
There are other zen elements around Holly's pristine home, including a collection of crystals in her lounge on a tray, which she recharges when there is a full moon.

The garden is another place where Holly goes for wellness, as her glorious outdoor space is where she enjoys planting her own fruit and vegetables.
What are shingles? According to the NHS website, shingles is an infection that causes a painful rash, with symptoms including feeling under the weather on top of the uncomfortable rash.
