The humble homes on Coronation Street are usually terraced houses with modest gardens, but in real life, the past and present stars of Corrie have some seriously impressive properties that could rival those of Hollywood A-listers.
From Kym Marsh's £500k Cheshire home to Michelle Keegan's Essex mega-mansion with her husband Mark Wright, keep scrolling to see where some of the Coronation Street cast live away from the cobbled streets of Weatherfield…
Kym Marsh
Kym moved into a new home close to Warrington, Cheshire, with children David, Emilie and Polly at the end of 2018.
The actress, who played Michelle Connor on the popular soap until 2019, has shared a few glimpses inside her £500k, five-bedroom property on Instagram, showing the modern décor and spacious kitchen that has a white and grey colour scheme.
Alan Halsall
Tyrone Dobbs, a.k.a. actor Alan Halsall, delighted fans when he revealed he'd invited his girlfriend and former co-star Tisha Merry to move in with him back in 2019.
The beloved Coronation Street star lives in a stunning £750k property in Salford he built with his ex-wife Lucy-Jo Hudson. Following extensive renovations, Alan wrote on Instagram: "Wow exactly a year to the day I moved into this house that took nearly four years to finish from start to finish."
Alan's house appears modern and spacious, with a balcony on the first floor, a large pool, and several glass doors that lead out into the garden, which has a wide patio area and lawn where his daughter Sienna can play.
Michelle Keegan
Former Corrie star Michelle Keegan's expansive five-bedroom property in Essex wouldn't look out of place on Billionaire's Row. The actress (who played Tina McIntyre from 2008 until 2014) and her husband Mark Wright built their dream home, complete with a luxury pool, a cinema room, state-of-the-art gym and lavish Ibiza-inspired interiors after purchasing the property for £1.9 million in 2019.
Four years later, the couple finally finished their dream home, now worth £3.5 million.
The stars had grand plans for their mansion during the renovation process, finally making their vision a reality with their Georgian-fronted house, outdoor swimming pool and immaculately landscaped gardens.
Ellie Leach
Ellie lives in her beautiful family home. The Strictly Come Dancing star, whose character, Faye Windass, left Weatherfield in 2023, often shares mirror selfies from her bedroom, which boasts a modern aesthetic with a clean white, cream and gold colour palette.
Katie McGlynn
Katie, who previously played Daniel Osbourne's wife Sinead Tinker until her character sadly passed away from cervical cancer in 2019, often shares a look inside her luxurious home.
Her cosy property is decorated with grand details, including an ornate gold mirror and navy walls in her bedroom.
Lucy Fallon
Lucy is raising her newborn son Sonny in a colourful family home in Blackpool, close to the training ground for Preston North End - the football team that her partner Ryan plays for as a midfielder.
The couple's stylish home is complete with luxe interiors, including a beige and sage nursery for their son.
Lucy, who plays Bethany Platt in the soap, has previously given fans a glimpse inside her bedroom, showing the dressing table she has set up with a Hollywood-style mirror and plush velvet stool.
Sair Khan
Corrie and I'm A Celebrity star Sair Khan – a.k.a. Aliya Nazir – gave fans a peek inside her guest bedroom after decorating in the summer, showing she had opted for earthy tones with a wooden dressing table, upholstered double bed and plain white bedding.
Jennie McAlpine
She rarely shares glimpses into her home life, but Jennie McAlpine, who has starred on Corrie as Fiz since 2011, did reveal personalised Christmas decorations for each of her children – Albert and Hilda – which she hung on their tree at the home she shares with her husband Chris Farr. Their children's names were both inspired by veteran Coronation Street characters. In April 2023, Jennie and Chris welcomed a third child, Doris – another Corrie-inspired moniker!
Kate Ford
The actress we know and love as the outspoken Tracey Barlow showcased her newly decorated dining room in an Instagram post, showing the reflection of the room in a decorative mirror. The room has grey walls, wooden flooring, with a white dining table and colourful artwork hanging adjacent to it. It's a bit posher than Tracey's dad Ken's house!
