Kelly Ripa has gone all out for spooky season, and has completely transformed her townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
The Live! with Kelly and Mark star didn't just decorate the front of her lavish home this year - but instead, went that extra bit further by organizing for a group of musicians to play outside the property.
Kelly asked K. Mikolajczyk and I.Jedynecki - a violist and accordion player - to work their magic, and it looks as if her neighbors were made up too, as several people were seen filming the band in the street.
Mark took to Instagram to share footage of the musical duo working their magic, and captioned the video: "@kellyripa really went all out this year. Thank you @iwo_karolina.duo for elevating the neighborhood."
Fans were quick to react to the post, with one writing: "I'm obsessed with this!" while another wrote: "This is fantastic." A third added: "You guys outdo yourselves, bravo!"
Kelly and Mark's townhouse had been decorated with an assortment of pumpkins lined up outside the front door, as well as some life size skeleton figures hanging on the windows.
Kelly and Mark's home is where the celebrity couple raised their now-grownup children, Michael, 26, Lola, 22, and Joaquin, 20.
The property boasts an extravagant foyer that resembles a hotel and a lift taking them up to their rooftop. The 7,796-square-foot home additionally has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, all with incredibly lavish interior touches.

Currently, the couple are living at home with daughter Lola, 22, who moved back in with her parents earlier in the year after graduating from New York University.
The aspiring musician is loving being back at home with her parents, and the trio even went on vacation together at the beginning of the summer. As well as their townhouse in the city, Kelly and Mark also have a gorgeous home in the Hamptons, where they spend most weekends.
The vacation home is location within close proximity to the ocean and boasts stunning views overlooking the sea. There is also a large backyard with a swimming pool, complete with a separate lounging area.
The social couple often enjoy hosting their famous friends at their holiday home, including Kelly's former co-host Ryan Seacrest, who was pictured taking a dip in their pool in a recent throwback photo posted by the actress to mark his birthday.
