The Christmas countdown is officially on, and celebrities have been busy decking their halls. We love seeing the fancy Christmas trees of the rich and famous – from candy-covered creations through to giant festive displays. We've gathered the very best trees of 2021 from the likes of Amanda Holden, Gok Wan and more to give you some serious seasonal inspiration…
Amanda Holden
Amanda Holden showcased her festive tree by posing underneath it. The star's grand tree with twinkling lights has been dressed with giant sparkling baubles, topped with feathers and there is also a large blue ribbon cascading down the branches. It's quite the statement!
Kelly Ripa
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos added a splash of colour to their $27million New York townhouse with their giant Christmas tree. "Behold the lady. She’s colorful this year!" Kelly captioned the photo of their gorgeous tree, which featured colourful baubles and an array of ornaments such as red houses, white snowflakes and toy soldiers.
Tess Daly
Tess Daly and her husband Vernon Kay have a very colourful Christmas tree at home, and it has a special meaning. The Strictly Come Dancing host shared a series of photos of herself dressed in black trousers and a Mickey Mouse festive jumper as she put the finishing touches on their tree. It is adorned with multi-coloured lights and bright ornaments, including a pink balloon dog, white gingerbread man, leopard print bauble and personalised decoration with Tess and Vernon's names.
Ben Shephard
Good Morning Britain presenter Ben Shephard and his wife Annie decorated their Christmas tree with warm white lights, dozens of baubles, gingerbread men and bells. There were also two very sentimental ornaments on the tree – one engraved with the letter 'S' and the other with the letter 'J' to represent their sons' names, Sam and Jack.
Zoella
It's a very special Christmas for Zoella, as her and Alfie welcomed their first baby, Ottilie Rue back this year. The star recorded a sweet clip of her helping the little one place a bauble on their very impressive tree. "Putting her first bauble on her first Christmas tree," she captioned the gorgeous video.
Gok Wan
A big fan of traditional Christmas trees, Gok Wan has not one but two creations in his London home. The picture-perfect one in his living room has been wrapped with a garland of lights and a bunch of glistening baubles. He's chosen a wicker star on top of the tree and displayed in a cosy corner of his lounge.
Sheridan Smith
Bagging the award for the most unique tree, Sheridan Smith showcased a candy covered tree at her gorgeous home. The fabulous creation is packed with oversized candy canes, lollipops and doughnuts. It also features large organza bows and there are gonks underneath keeping watch over the décor.
Alison Hammond
Forget decking the halls, Alison Hammond has completely transformed her living room into a fully fledged wonderland for Christmas this year. This Morning presenter Alison revealed all to her 992,000 Instagram fans with a jaw-dropping video. As well as a beautiful tree with jazzy lights, the star has a life-sized nutcracker balloon and a singing and dancing Santa Claus.

Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright revealed their stunning transformation in 2020, complete with life-sized toy soldiers, light up red candy canes, and an enormous tree in their entrance hallway.

Amanda Holden

Amanda being Amanda, the Britain's Got Talent judge chose a unique tree designed to replicate a peacock last year. Colour wise, she chose green and blue decorations, including circular baubles, flowers, and ribbons.
Last year, Amanda Holden divided her Instagram fans after revealing she had put up a Christmas tree in her Cotswolds home on 24 November. The Heart Radio host had trimmed the tree at her second home with traditional red and gold decorations, including oversized bows and an angel on top.
Kelly Brook
Kelly Brook kept things classic with a traditional green and red theme. She showed off her tree positioned in one corner of the room, complete with silver baubles, and a combination of silver and red bows.
Jess Wright
Former TOWIE star Jess Wright has gone for a more muted colour scheme, with white, cream and metallic decorations including tree baubles and light up reindeer and present statues.
Alex Jones
The One Show host Alex Jones unveiled her beautiful Christmas tree on 8 November last year, but admitted her family had a disaster after the tree had fallen over the night before, creating a mess in their living room and smashing several baubles. "Pass the sherry!" she wrote after cleaning up the damage.
Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian previously divided opinion with her unusual Christmas decorations, which were all white and include a tree trimmed with only lights and no other decorations. However, the mum-of-four defended her Christmas décor, saying: "I love these. They're so whimsical, like Whoville, but all white."
Ayda Field and Robbie Williams
Robbie Williams and Ayda Field went for an enormous Christmas tree at their London home, which has a disco ball shining on top. Ayda shared a look at the amazing tree on Instagram, trimmed with glittering pink and blue decorations and named "Good Sharon" in honour of Robbie's new Christmas album, which features a track named Bad Sharon.
The couple also has a second, more traditional green tree which has been decorated with pink and cream feathers as well as copper baubles – so stunning!
Khloe Kardashian
Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian broke tradition with a bright pink tree at her Los Angeles home, especially for her daughter True. "Merry Christmas everyone!! We started decorating our house yesterday and @jeffleatham surprised True with this beautiful pink tree. It's safe to say that True loves it! Thankful and blessed beyond words," she captioned an adorable photo of True with the colourful tree.
Coleen Nolan
"Well it's taken all day but Xmas is finally here…" Coleen Nolan told her fans on Instagram, sharing a series of photos showing the beautiful festive display she had created in her former house. As well as putting up a tree in the living room, the Loose Women star had a second tree in the hallway alongside snowman and reindeer models, with a projector reading "Merry Christmas" to add the perfect finishing touch.
Victoria Beckham
Victoria Beckham opted for minimalistic Christmas decorations in her London home, and trimmed her tree with a selection of white and gold baubles. However, she admitted her husband David Beckham may not be a fan and would prefer to add more decorations to their tree.

Holly Willoughby's sister Kelly
Holly Willoughby previously revealed her sister Kelly had set the bar high with her decorations. The This Morning star couldn't resist dancing around her sister's beautifully-decorated tree, which has a wintry silver and blue colour scheme, with glittering baubles and stars adorning the branches.
Billie Faiers
Billie Faiers had a kitsch and colourful Christmas tree, adorned with everything from flamingos to ballerina ornaments and with presents already nestled underneath. The Mummy Diaries star also called in the professionals to transform the front of her house, with traditional red and white decorations on another tree, wreath and foliage above the front door.
Alan Halsall
Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall pulled out all the stops for his first Christmas with girlfriend and former co-star Tisha Merry, with the pair decorating a huge tree in their hallway with gold ribbon, red baubles and a star positioned on top. Meanwhile, three lit-up reindeer models took pride of place above the front door outside the house.
Scarlett Moffatt
Scarlett Moffatt spent the lead-up to Christmas in her home for the first time in three years in 2019, so she decided to decorate her entire house especially for the occasion. The former I'm a Celebrity winner had three Christmas trees around her home, including this tree in her living room, with reindeer models standing alongside it.
Mrs Hinch
Mrs Hinch pulled out all the stops for her son Ronnie's first Christmas. The cleaning influencer admitted she had more lights up than ever before outside her home, including three light-up reindeer models, one each to represent herself, her husband Jamie, and their baby boy.
Tom and Giovanna Fletcher
McFly singer Tom said it was his children's idea to put up a Christmas tree in his home studio in November last year – although we doubt he took much convincing! The Fletchers opted for a red and gold colour scheme, with a glittery red star on top of the tree.
Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid shared a picture of her Christmas tree at her home in Pennsylvania. Her abundant decorations included oversized coloured baubles, retro baubles, twinkling lights and twig springs. As well as the Christmas tree, Gigi posted an image of her and her new baby daughter, writing: "She’s da bestie so she got Christmas decorations early.[sic]"
Stacey Solomon
After buying some personalised baubles to commemorate her son Rex's first Christmas, Stacey Solomon couldn't wait until December to deck the halls at the home she shares with boyfriend Joe Swash and their children. The Loose Women panellist said she wanted to make the festive season last as long as possible for her baby boy, telling fans: "I couldn't wait any longer."
Megan McKenna
The X Factor: Celebrity contestant Megan McKenna said "Christmas has come early in my house", after spending a rare day off decorating her living room and creating a beautiful winter wonderland.
Rochelle and Marvin Humes
Rochelle Humes unveiled her beautifully-decorated Christmas tree in November 2019, which had been trimmed entirely with metallic decorations and features two miniature reindeer models standing on the floor alongside it. "Take that @marvinhumes," she captioned the photo.
Kate and Rio Ferdinand
Kate and Rio were clearly looking forward to celebrating their first Christmas together as newlyweds last year, as their Christmas decorations were up on 6 November. The hallway at their family home had a stunning garland adorned with glittery baubles and decorations draped along the staircase, with Kate telling fans: "Yes our Christmas decs did go up yesterday. Feeling festive already."
Another photo shared by Kate showed how she and Rio had even trimmed their doors with oversized cream bows as part of their chic Christmas décor.
Tamara Ecclestone
You can always count on Tamara Ecclestone to pull out all the stops with her Christmas decorations, and 2019 was no exception. Like Kate and Rio, the doting mum put up her Christmas tree more than six weeks before 25 December, writing on Instagram: "The most wonderful time of the year."
The exterior of Tamara's lavish London home had been transformed for the festive season too, with light-up reindeer and sleigh models, fairy lights, and baubles in shades of red, gold and green.
Catherine Tyldesley
Strictly contestant Catherine Tyldesley said Christmas makes her family so happy, they put up their decorations up by mid-November. Showcasing her professionally-decorated tree on Instagram, Catherine revealed that she, her husband, and their son will also trim a second tree themselves.
Lydia Bright
Mum-to-be Lydia questioned if she was "too early" in putting up her Christmas decorations at the beginning of November 2019. Nonetheless, she and her sisters continued to trim their tree with red and gold baubles, adding an angel to the top.
Vicky Pattison
Christmas arrived early for Celebrity MasterChef finalist Vicky Pattison, who also enlisted a team of professionals to transform her apartment ahead of the festive season, as well as her birthday. As well as a huge tree trimmed with shimmering silver and gold decorations, Vicky also had a complementing garland hanging above the floor-to-ceiling windows in her living room.
Gino D'Acampo
Fans loved Gino D'Acampo's Christmas tree! The celebrity chef has opted for a mix of red, gold and white ornaments. A number of the baubles feature personalised initials for the whole family too – goals!
Peter Andre
Nothing says Christmas like ruby red and Peter Andre stuck to the classic colour scheme. The singer looked happier than ever while posing by a sprawling green fir with his wife Emily and their two children for The Snowman Winter Window campaign.
Sam Faiers
Former TOWIE star Sam Faiers certainly sparked a reaction with her gorgeous tree. Pre-lit, it shimmered with red, gold, silver and green glittery baubles, as well as mini nutcrackers, gingerbread houses and Santa ornaments.
