Many artists boasted A-list guests as their company, but One Direction's Harry Styles decided to bring his mother. The 19-year-old band member decided to give his mum some VIP treatment as he took her along as his plus one to the Brit Awards Sony and Belvedere afterparty at London's Arts Club. Reeling from his Global Success Award accolade, the star's date was beaming from ear to ear as she accompanied her award-winning son.
Speaking about his international success around the world, Harry said: "It feels amazing." The star and his band mates have made themselves millionaires through the success of their albums Up All Night and Take Me Home.
Harry's bandmates Niall, Zayn, Liam and Louis were also seen enjoying the bash in the company of music mogul Simon Cowell.
The brains behind the X Factor franchise was seen partying with the boys, who shot to fame on the talent show.
"Had a great night, great to see everyone!" Wrote Niall on Twitter.
"Simon Cowell joined in the party, great to see him!"Avoiding her ex and opting for Universal's alternative afterparty at the Soho House in London, Harry's ex Taylor Swift was seen soaking up the party's glamour as she partied with Marcus Mumford of Mumford and Sons, and his wife, Shame actress Carey Mulligan.
Seen spinning the decks and dancing with Rizzle Kicks' Jordan Stevens, Taylor partied the night away despite leaving the ceremony empty-handed.Although she gave a spellbinding performance of I Knew You Were Trouble at the ceremony, Taylor lost out to Lana Del Rey, who secured the gong for Best International Female Artist.
Emeli Sandé was the big female winner of the night, however, as she scooped the Best Female Solo Artist award as well as the highly coveted Best Album award.
Only Love singer Ben Howard joined her for the double win, as he collected the Best British Breakthrough Act and Best Male Solo Artist awards.
