Kendall Jenner's Early Life

Kendall Jenner was born on November 3, 1995 in California to Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner.

She is one-sixth of the famed Kardashian-Jenner bunch, which is composed of Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian, born out of Kris' marriage to the late Robert Kardashian, plus Kylie Jenner.

The family rose to prominence thanks to their hit reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which aired on E! For 20 seasons from 2007 to 2021. They have since continued to publicize the inner workings of their personal and public lives on The Kardashians, which airs on Hulu.

Kendall Jenner's Modeling Career

With the help of her "momager" Kris and her family's reality show fame, Kendall pursued a modeling career as a teen, and was signed by the Wilhelmina modeling agency when she was 14 years old.

The model has famously opened up about the struggles her famous name has sparked in her pursuit of a modeling career, noting that she wasn't taken seriously as a model because of it.

Nonetheless, she has worked with luxury labels such as Prada, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Versace, Jacquemus, and more, both on the runway and in magazines, and in 2018, she earned the title of highest-paid model in the world.

Kendall Jenner's Personal Life

Aside from her modeling career, in 2021 she launched her own tequila label, 818. The brand claims the tequila is made from agave sourced directly from Jalisco, Mexico, though it was initially met with both skepticism and criticism, particularly over her first campaign for it, which saw her accused by many of cultural appropriation. 818 today sells four different tequilas, blanco, añejo, reposado, and "eight reserve."

A running joke among the Kardashian family and fans is that as of 2023, she is the only one of the core family members to not have a child of her own. She has been previously linked to NBA stars Blake Griffin, Ben Simmons, and Devin Booker, as well as Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny.
