No doubt thrilled to have completed her secondary education, 19-year-old Princess Madeleine of Sweden has flown south to spend the summer with friends and family at a secluded French resort.
Already boasting an enviable tan, Madeleine, one of Europe’s most eligible princesses, arrived in St Maxime, which is tucked away in the hills of the Cote D’Azur, after finishing her schooling at the Enskilda Gymnasiet in Stockholm.
Joining her parents, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia, and a group of close friends, the bronzed beauty looked relaxed and stylish in a denim skirt accessorized with graduated sunglasses. This is not the first time the family has spent the summer at St Maxime, and the princess looked delighted to be back as she strolled about enjoying the quayside distractions of the charming French town.
Spending the summer break in languid boat trips across the crystal clear water of the French resort, the princess is awaiting the arrival of her older siblings, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Carl Phillip, who has recently returned from a five-month stint aboard the training ship HMS Carlskrona.
