Prince Charles braved pouring rain in Treherbert, Wales, on Tuesday, keeping relatively dry under a black umbrella as he chatted with damp locals outside the Penyreglyn community project.
The inclement July weather didn't dampen the mood inside, however, where the Prince of Wales took a seat and shared giggles with a group of toddlers as he mingled with young people and volunteers from the Valley Kids initiative. Despite trying to stifle his laughter, Charles couldn't help himself after one little boy, two-year-old Jac Williams, managed to knock a pair of mirrors to the floor during his visit.
The heir to the throne continues his Welsh tour on Wednesday. His agenda includes opening a new fire station in Llanfairfechan, a visit to a Prince's Trust event in scenic Portmeirion, and a ride on the Eryri Railway to mark the completion of the latest part of the line from the town of Waunfawr to Rhyd Ddu.
